Facility Use Request

FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR BUILDING USE, PARKING LOT USE, & WEDDINGS. Please submit your request at least one week in advance of the date of the facility reservation (for weddings, one month in advance). Requests submitted past that time frame may not find facility availability due to the internal reservation process time. All requests are subject to review. Once reviewed, you will receive an email from our church office confirming the details of the reservation.
